Fort Frederica National Monument

7/10/1995 ... drove on I-95 to St. Simons Island, GA. and to Fort Frederica National Monument. Walked around a little, saw the ruins.

Fort Pulaski National Monument

10/28/1994 Drove to the coast to Ft. Pulaski National Monument. Interesting fort, similar to Sumter (during Civil War). Quite windy and cool here.
