Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area

5/19/2003 Headed around to north of Atlanta to Chattahoochee River NRA. Weather foggy, light drizzle sometimes. Checked out the visitor center then took a short hike down to the river. Hiked a little in each direction on the river -–saw some rapids, raccoon prints. River running strong and red silty color.
