Padre Island National Seashore

5/15/2004 Headed down to Corpus Christi and out to Padre Island National Seashore. Warm breezy day with sun and clouds. Stopped for a ¾ mile hike on a dunes nature trail then on to the visitor center. Had a nice picnic lunch overlooking the ocean, then a walk on the beach. Looked around the small visitor center and got ice cream at the concession.
