Visited: 10/3/15
Log Excerpt: "On another short distance we hit our main destination, the President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home NHS. I took some photos from across the street, walked in the VC at 8:55 and got a personal tour at 9:00. It was an excellent informative, concise tour of the quaint home, filled with mostly period copies of the contents and furnishings of when Clinton lived there, including things like a Sally, Dick and Jane series book. After a look in the small VC, we hit the road for the long day's drive."
Home
Home: 321 East 13th Street, Hope, AR
Visited: 10/3/15
Log Excerpt: "Continuing our Billgramage, we first went to the second home he lived in. Although it is owned by the NHS, there appeared to be people living there, notwithstanding the big sign out front and small exhibit in a front window. Out in front there was a little monument made from bricks from the Julia Chester Hospital where Clinton was born."

Log Excerpt: "Moving on SW we juked into Hot Springs. Near the exit we saw a huge sign for the Bill Clinton home which we headed for. However, as we knew, this was simply a photo-op for what is still a private residence. We did that and headed towards Hope."

Museum/Library: William J. Clinton Presidential Center, 1200 President Clinton Avenue, Little Rock, AR
Visited: 10/2/15
Log Excerpt: "Next stop, the Bill Clinton Museum and Library (William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park). When we got there clearly something was up - there was no parking available in a large lot. It turned out President Clinton was there, dedicating an Anne Frank Tree! Luckily the museum was still open. We parked some distance away, and started walking around the crowd to the entrance, but found we could enter the dedication area and see and hear the President's speech, with very clear views. Cool!! We bailed before the end and headed into the museum where we first went to Forty Two, a very elegant restaurant, to enjoy an excellent lunch. Finally hitting the museum, we strolled around the very good displays about Clinton and his terms in office. We had our picture taken in a perfect reproduction of his Oval Office, and there was also a reproduction of the Cabinet Room."
