Log Excerpt: "Francis Hopkinson House NHL – The home of the signer of the Declaration of Independence and creator of patriotic songs from 1774 until his death in 1791. This corner building in town is now an engineer’s office. The brick structure had an interesting roof and some cool details, like the date set in brick up high, but up close was in poor condition in many places, mostly needing paint work."
