Bear Butte National Wildlife Refuge

10/2/2019 From here we headed east for some Bear Butte sites ... We pulled over for some photos, but unfortunately some clouds persistently covered the top half of the mountain. We pulled into the Bear Butte NWR for more views and to check out the lake that did have some ducks; even the Fish and Wildlife Service write-up for the refuge said it was a “limited interest” site.
